One of my favorite things about being a blogger is having the opportunity to share all of the great parenting products that I find with all of you. Occasionally I come across a product that offers parents a solution that they’ve been searching for—and that is definitely the case with Tray Vous!
If you’ve never heard of Tray Vous then you are in for a treat, especially if you’re a mom or dad with a BUGABOO™ stroller!
The Tray Vous Story
Tray Vous™ was created by Lauren Moore, a busy mom like any other looking to make life easier for her family. A proud and satisfied Bugaboo Cameleon™ owner for 5 years, Lauren takes her stroller everywhere from casual strolls down the neighborhood block to trips with her family across the world. Lauren has purchased just about all of the accessories for her Bugaboo Cameleon™ stroller and found each to be very unique and useful.
When her daughter Peyton became an active toddler, it was abundantly clear that keeping her entertained and happy in her stroller would be a challenge. She realized what she was missing and so desperately needed was a stroller tray to hold snacks, a drink, or even just a play surface for toys and books. After diligent research of the stroller accessory market, Lauren could not find a tray that met her needs as a mom, so she developed her own.
With her Tray Vous™ activity tray, errand running, strolling and life in general became significantly easier for Lauren and more enjoyable for her daughter. Peyton found a new enthusiasm for sitting in her stroller now that she had her very own "workplace" to balance the things she held so dear; goldfish, sippy cups and board books. Its compact and sleek design caught the eye of many friends, family and even strangers on the street who own or know about Bugaboo™ strollers.
If you’re a BUGABOO™ mommy or daddy then I know how excited you have to be about the Bugaboo Snack Tray, it is pretty ingenious and it offers a solution that Bugaboo parents have needed for some time now! Tray Vous works with both the BUGABOO FROG™ and BUGABOO CAMELEON™ strollers; it’s easy to install, convenient, and developed by a mom who knows the wants and needs of parents—it can’t get better than that! As a parent I constantly look for products that make my life easier and the Tray Vous definitely qualifies!
You can get the latest from Tray Vous by “Liking” them on Facebook!
As you’ve probably already guessed we’re undergoing some changes here at MIBR! If you happen to be around in the next few days, and we really hope that you are, you might notice that some things like wonky or out of place…I assure you that everything will be back in proper working order soon!
In the meantime enter a giveaway or two or leave me a comment and let me know what you think of the new design!

Growing up in my house was so much fun! Most of the time it was my mom, my sister, and I and some of the best moments of my life were created when it was just the three of us. My dad was a long distance truck driver and when he wasn’t worrying about making the best time he was preoccupied with fleet management companies and fleet management software to help expand his growing trucking business that he had little time to hang out with the girls.
When I was younger I always envisioned myself having two girls, like my mom, and having my husband have a job that was as demanding as my daddy’s so that I could spend lots of time with my girlies! Fast forward several years and lots of changes later and now my life is so far from what I had imagined when I was little that those images have become fuzzy over time—it’s funny how you think life is going to be one way and then it ends up being something completely different than you ever imagined.
As far as my four kids and husband who comes home from work nightly is from my what I originally imagined my grown up life being, I wouldn’t change it for anything. There’s something about having three girls instead of two, a son when I never thought I could be a good mommy to a boy, and a husband who has no idea about fleet management solutions that’s comforting and familiar and everything that I never knew I wanted!
So yeah, I love my life—crazy, lazy, hectic, funny, dramatic, amazing and whatever else happens to come my way!

I’ve mentioned to you all before that I am a big fan of The Big Bang Theory and I am super psyched that they are now in syndication where I can watch 5 nights a week—LOVE that! And since I am such a fan of TBBT, WB Word has asked me to help them again with another fun The Big Bang Theory campaign!
As with every campaign, each week I am given a prompt or theme to write about and this week’s theme is:
In the Pilot Episode of The Big Bang Theory that aired Monday 9/19, Leonard meets Penny for the first time and is immediately infatuated with her. While his roommates say that she is an unattainable goal, Leonard is an idealist and strives to be worthy of her. Even going so far as to confront her much larger and stronger ex-boyfriend, resulting in him getting de-pantsed. What's the most embarrassing thing you've had happen to you?
Honestly, I don’t usually enjoy sharing my embarrassing moments with other people, but I’ll make an exception—just this once!
The single most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me was when I was a cheerleader in elementary school. We had to wear spanks under our skirts and over our panties. Right before one of the games I had to use the bathroom so I hurried to the restroom and ran back to the gym before the game started. When I got back to my teams bench I sat down beside my friends and noticed that they were all giggling, I could feel myself getting hot and embarrassed because I knew that they were laughing at me, I just wasn’t sure why. Growing tired of the laughter I asked my best friend who happened to be sitting beside me what everyone was laughing about and she laughed and pointed to the back of my skirt, still not understanding what was going on I stood up and grabbed the back of my skirt and realized that the toilet paper from the bathroom had gotten stuck in my spanks and was sticking out the back of my skirt! I was mortified! I ran back to the restroom, removed the toilet paper and then spent the entire game crying in the locker room…it was truly one of the worst moments ever for me—thank goodness time heals all wounds lol.
Have you had an embarrassing moment that rivaled mine or maybe even Leonard's?
If you love The Big Bang Theory as much as I do be sure to check out http://www.bigbangweeknights.com/ to view your local listing…enjoy!

Congrats to both winners and thanks to everyone who entered!
When it comes to the latest toys my children always make sure to let me know what’s cool and what’s not, but any chance that I get to show them how cool something is—is priceless!
Doing reviews definitely has its advantages, like being able to give my kiddos some of the hottest, newest toys before anyone else gets to see them (yes, they LOVE this perk) and that just so happened to be the case with one of the coolest new toys out there, FyrFlyz!
About FyrFlyz
FyrFlyz was created by i-Star Entertainment President Joel Rosenzweig and CEO Marty Abrams, who have been the driving force behind a number of successful product launches over the past 35 years including Magna Doodle, Micronauts (the precursor to Transformers), and Sky Dancers. The company has earned a reputation for identifying, creating and bringing to market some of the hottest and most innovative products for kids, tweens and teens.
The introduction of FyrFlyz delivers a one-of–a-kind entertainment experience for fans of all ages.
We received a couple of the FyrFlyz toys to review last week and I had no idea upon opening them how incredibly awesome they would be…seriously we all LOVED these things! And since I am all about the whole seeing is believing thing, I thought what better way to let you know all about FyrFlyz than to show you!
FyrFlyz hit toy shelves soon and they are sure to be a BIG hit this holiday season! Check out the FyrFlyz website for more information!
I also have a FyrFlyz toy to give away to one lucky MIBR reader..details on how to win are below!

Hey all you Supernatural fans! As you know I’m working with WB Word on the Supernatural Season 6 on DVD campaign and like all good things this too must come to an end—don’t be too sad though, you can catch all the action from Season 6 on DVD!
Each week we’re given a different topic to talk about and this week is no different. So, this week’s prompt is:
Season six of Supernatural focuses on the brother's relationship as they battle Heaven and Hell. The two brothers spend endless amounts of time traveling together, encountering demons and a trench coat wearing angel. If given the choice, would you choose your own sibling to help you in this battle, or would you chose someone else. Why?
Honestly, if given the choice I would definitely choose my husband to help me battle! My husband is a pretty big guy, plus he’s pretty strong and not afraid of very much—yeah, I would definitely choose him! I also think that if it came down to it, I’m pretty sure that my husband would sacrifice himself to the demon and I’m not sure that my sister would do the same, not that I wouldn’t have to think long and hard about doing it for her either.
Don’t miss a second of Supernatural Season 6…Make sure you
pick up your copy of Supernatural Season 6 on DVD/Blu-Ray and catch up on all of the best of Season 6: https://bitly.com/r2CsjG

With Fall in full swing around the Ohio Valley “it won’t be no time” (something my grandmother used to say to me) before Halloween costumes, jack-o-lantern’s, and haunted houses fill our thoughts!
Halloween is my very favorite holiday, I’m not sure what exactly it is about this holiday that makes it my favorite, but it has been since I was very little! I also have a big confession to make, though I love Halloween I don’t enjoy Haunted Houses; there’s just something about having the crap scared outta me that isn’t very appealing. I do know however, how much some people love being chased by Freddie Kruger and Jason so I thought those of you who love that kind of thing might want to know where the best Haunted Houses in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky are located—you know in case you have the urge to run into the night screaming like a little girl!

No one knows better than a mom how stressful back-to-school can be for everyone! And while we may be into the swing of things by now, it never hurts to give yourself an added boost in the mornings and what better way to do that than with Eight O’Clock Coffee?!?
Now, I have to admit that I am not much of a coffee drinker, well, I didn’t used to be—until I had four children, a blog, and attended school full-time, now though I am all about coffee, black—as often as I can get it! And since Eight O’Clock Coffee knows how hard back-to-school can be on all of us they’re sharing some Back-to-School Survival Tips with all of you that just may come in handy as the school year drags on, I mean progresses!
“Back-to-School Survival Tips” from Eight O’Clock Coffee
TIP 1: Become Your Own Brewista
TIP 2: Preplan Lunch – A few days before school starts, sit down with your kids and create a grocery list of healthy snacks and lunches they would like for school. Rotate each of their selections throughout the week. Make Tuesday “Turkey Tuesday” or Wednesday “Wrap Wednesday” – adding variety to keep lunch exciting. When possible, pack their lunch the night before to reduce stress in the morning.
TIP 3: Assemble Weekly Wardrobes – Every Sunday check the upcoming weekly weather forecast with your kids. Then, have them pick out five outfits for the upcoming school week. Hang them in daily order in their closet to avoid the inevitable, “Mom, I can’t find my favorite blue shirt!”
TIP 4: Be Prepared for School Projects – Avoid late night rushing around to complete school projects by having art supplies on hand. Create an arts and craft bin that includes more than just crayons and colored paper. Collect items like pipe cleaners, stickers, figurines, beads – even coffee beans – and other creative finds, and put the fun back in school projects.
I have to admit, those are great tips, I even use a couple of them myself! I also must admit to definitely enjoying a cup (or 3) of Eight O’Clock Coffee every morning, it tastes great and definitely gives me the added boost I need to get through crazy mornings at my house!
Of course, I didn’t forget about all of you—I have an Eight O’Clock Coffee Back to School Survival Kit to give away to one lucky MIBR reader!

Our family loves yogurt! Between my husband and the kids, I can barely manage to keep the stuff in the house, never mind being able to keep any for myself.
Recently I had the chance to try some of Dannon Activia’s newest offerings; Activia Selects French yogurt and Activia Selects Greek yogurt. While I’m a big fan of yogurt I have only recently became a fan of Greek yogurt so I had never tried Activia Selects Greek yogurt before my review—if I had only known what I was missing!
About Dannon Activia Selects
Discover epically thick and creamy Greek nonfat yogurt and romance your taste buds with silky-smooth French yogurt. Activia is a delicious, creamy yogurt. Activia, with Bifidus Regularis® (Bifidobacterium Lactis DN 173-010), helps naturally regulate your digestive system when consumed daily for two weeks as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Now Dannon Activia Selects lets you visit Europe from your kitchen by bringing the true taste of French and Greek yogurt to you in a cup.
I received several coupons for Activia Selects yogurt for my review and I couldn’t wait to use them, so yesterday at the grocery store I picked up a couple of the Activia Selects Greek yogurts and a couplf of the Activia Selects French yogurts to try out. I have to admit, I adore the smooth, rich and creamy texture of Activia Selects Greek yogurt it’s like a sinful treat that you can actually feel good about eating! Though I am not usually a fan of yogurt with fruit on the bottom, I did enjoy Activia Selects French yogurt, it’s in my mind yogurt as it was intended to be!
Now you can “Discover epically thick and creamy Greek nonfat yogurt and romance your taste buds with silky-smooth French yogurt. With a money-back guarantee of $12, Activia helps you love how you feel!”

As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I are going away this coming weekend to Gatlinburg, it’s a long overdue weekend away that we both desperately need! The last time my husband and I were in Gatlinburg we were married and while I shared all of the details of our trip and wedding with all of you I forgot to mention the wedding rings that almost didn’t make it there!
My husband bought my original engagement ring several years ago when I was pregnant with our son, and I love that ring, but we searched high and low for a wedding band to match it and we couldn’t find one anywhere. The only logical thing to do, at least in our minds, was to purchase a wedding set so that the band matched the engagement ring.
My husband Jamie and I had very different ideas from the beginning of what our wedding rings should be. I wanted to look for designer engagement rings (of course I did…I am a woman) and he wanted something simple and because we couldn’t make up our minds we ended up waiting until two weeks before we were due to leave for Tennessee to even begin looking—not the smartest idea!
I remember going from jewelry store to jewelry store for two solid days looking at diamond engagement rings and just when it seemed beyond hopeless we found a set that we both loved! The only problem was that the engagement ring, because of the design of the diamonds, could not be cut down to my size (I have incredibly small fingers and require a size 4 and 3/4). I was devastated! The jeweler suggested about a half dozen other rings that day, but I had my heart set on that set. Still bummed I decided to look online for rings and found several at Since1910.com that I adored! Finally I found a set that was similar, but that was able to be sized to fit me so we bought the set and then we received the news that the rings would take at least 10 days to size, we were leaving in 10 days—this could seriously NOT be happening! I called every day, prayed every day, and freaked out about a million times a day until the morning of our trip when the jewelry store called me and informed me that the rings had come in—thank goodness!
Thankfully our rings did arrive, in the nick of time no less, and our wedding was incredible in a beautiful cabin,on a mountainside in Gatlinburg, surrounded by family…I couldn’t have asked for a better day! And even though our ring mess was stressful at the time, we always have a great story to help us remember the day!
This coming weekend my husband and I are going on a weekend getaway to Gatlinburg, TN—I can’t wait! The cabin is in the process of being booked (this is taking forever by the way), our activities are planned out (can you say ziplining and horseback riding?), and our wine glasses are itchy in anticipation of the flipflop Moscato that will definitely be on hand!
My husband and I have been fans of flipflop wines for several month now, since we had a chance to check out a few of their amazing offerings this past March, and I’m happy to report that with every new wine we have a chance to check out we seem to find a new favorite.
My husband has enjoyed Moscato wine for a couple of years, ever since our last trip to Tennessee as a matter of fact, he has chosen it consistently as his wine of choice. I, on the other hand, have only recently became a fan of Moscato, but it has definitely grown on me!
If you’re not familiar with flipflop wines, let me be the first to introduce you!
From the flipflop wines website:
flipflop wines: to each, their own
With flipflop wines, we have embraced the movement toward individualistic expression, instead of manufacturing wines into some cookie-cutter style that’s all the rage. Our goal is to craft expressive, well-balanced wines that evoke just what the grapes inside intended, without being over-wrought or over-explained, and that can be enjoyed at any occasion.
We received a bottle of flipflop’s Moscato recently to review and couldn’t have been happier at the task of sampling it!
“flipflop’s Moscato is a light bodied wine with floral aromas, semi-sweet palate, and a soft finish.
My husband and I decided to try out our flipflop Moscato with a rare meal of chicken curry, one of his favorites though far from one of mine. I was hesitant about pairing the wine with the meal, but since the wine seems to compliment Asian cuisine I thought that they would pair well with one another—I was right! The Moscato seemed to provide, at least me, with the perfect amount of sweet to counteract the heat in the meal…it was flawless! Flipflop’s Moscato tasted every bit as amazing as some of the more expensive brands that I’ve tried, and my husband was even impressed (which is not an easy thing to do) so flipflop Moscato will definitely be our first choice in Moscato from now on…and I already have a bottle (or 3) set aside for our trip to Gatlinburg this weekend!
Buy it!
You can purchase flipflop Moscato and other fabulous wines for $7 online and where ever wine and beer are sold nationwide!

Having 4 kids means several things; I get less sleep than I did when I had one child, trying to figure out the seating arrangement at the dinner table is a whole lot more complicated when there are more than two children, and probably the biggest thing—I’m never going to be wearing a size 2 again—ever! And while I have come to terms with most of the things listed above, I still hold out hope that one day my metabolism will suddenly decide to speed up again…hey, it could happen!
Since wishing my metabolism were on speed is not really doing much to help me lose weight, I have started eating healthier, much to the dismay of my family, and one of the area’s that I’ve definitely cut back in is snacks. I’ve never been much of a snack person, but since having my last child (nearly 3 years ago) I have developed a major sweet tooth and that has definitely contributed to my recent weight gain. When I heard that I was one of the bloggers chosen to review some Weight Watchers ice cream I was all kinds of excited, but also a little apprehensive.
Honestly, when I think of low fat, or diet food I think, “this cannot taste good”, so I was naturally a little nervous about trying the ice cream. I received a few different varieties of Weight Watchers ice cream to review;
New Weight Watchers Snack Size Ice Cream Sandwiches
New Weight Watchers Dark Chocolate Dulcé de Leché Dessert Bars
New Weight Watchers Strawberry Fruit Bar
Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Bar
Normally ice cream is one of those words that you only spell in front of the kids, you know so you can hoard it all for yourself, what, it’s not like I do that all of the time or anything, but since I wanted to see how well the kiddos liked the Weight Watchers ice cream bars I decided to let them know as soon as they got here! It didn’t take long before all four of my kids were standing in the kitchen begging for ice cream. I let each of the kiddos choose which ice cream they wanted, two choose the Dark Chocolate Dulcé de Leché Dessert Bars and two chose the Strawberry Smoothie Bars, and since the Strawberry Smoothie Bars looked amazing my BIL and I chose those as well. As soon as I took the first bite I was instantly amazed that I was eating something that only contained 60 calories! I thought for sure that the kids wouldn’t like the ice cream, but again, I was amazed at how much they enjoyed it…loved it is actually more accurate! Seriously all of the ice cream bars were so good that they didn’t last very long around my house, except for the few I hide for myself, but shhhh don’t tell the kids!
While we enjoyed all of the flavors, we did have our favorites: the Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Bar which is honestly too good to be “diet food” and the New Weight Watchers Dark Chocolate Dulcé de Leché Dessert Bars, both were just amazingly yummy!
If you’re trying to lose weight, or maybe just trying to eat a little healthier, you should definitely check out Weight Watchers, even if it’s just for the ice cream!

If you’ve been following along lately, you probably know that I’ve been working with WB Word on The Big Bang Theory Season 4 on DVD campaign, well, we’re on the fourth and final week of the campaign and this week we’re talking all about friendships!
Until season 4, 'The Big Bang Theory' primarily focused on the core friendship of the guys with Penny as the lone girl. In Season 4, Penny gets some girlfriends with the introduction of Bernadette and Amy. Do you think that guys and girls can have standalone deep friendship or do girls need girl time and guys need time with the boys?
First and foremost can I just say, how freaking awesome is it that Mayim Bialik (perhaps best known for her role as Blossom on the TV show of the same name) joined the case of The Big Bang Theory? I LOVE her!
Now onto the question at hand…girl/guy friendships. Honestly, I have to be honest and admit that I have more good guy friends than girls. It has always seemed to be easier for me to be friends with guys than with other girls, that said though, I do have a handful of great girlfriends that I’ve been friends with most of my life.
To answer the question I think that girls and guys can absolutely have standalone deep friendships, some of my best friends in the world are guys, but I also think that girls definitely need girl time and guys definitely need guy time every now and then. There are just some things that no matter how close your friendships are with the opposite sex you would rather talk about with other girls or other guys. I know that I cherish the time I spend with all of my friends and while I do seem to have a better time when I’m hanging out with the guys, I wouldn’t trade girl time for anything!
If you’re a fan of The Big Bang Theory make sure you pick up The Big Bang Theory Season 4 on DVD available here: http://bit.ly/oLtFCY!
