Yes I do realize that it’s not even Thanksgiving yet and I already have my Christmas Tree up, but in my defense I LOVE Christmas and it’s never too early to enjoy some Christmas magic!
This year I let the kids completely decorate the tree, it was shall we say interesting? The following pictures are of my two littlest ones helping trim the tree for the first time! Happy Wordless Wednesday!

I know my template still looks petty crazy, blame that on the fact that my babies have been feeling less than great this week, but I promise to have everything back to normal soon!
And now on to the photo…my babies are rotten, a regular Bonnie and Clyde! (Oh and ignore the fact that there’s no food whatsoever in my fridge…it was grocery day..lol!) Happy Wordless Wednesday!

Yesterday Debra's boyfriend (better known as Bub) and I were having a conversation. Yes I said conversation (he does that now). At first I couldn't understand what he was saying to me but then I stopped thinking the million thoughts that were running through my head and I listened to him, really listened and I realized that he was having an actual conversation with me. My first thought was "I have to record this." that thought quickly dissipated because I realized that if I grabbed the video camera he would undoubtedly stop talking so I just sat there talking to my son and this is how the conversation went.
Bub: DiDa at?
Me: Dada's at work.
Bub: (Looking at the front door) Dida bye bye?
Me: Yep dada's bye bye.
Bub: Tissy bye bye?
Me: No silly sissy's right there.
Bub: (Laughing as if he knew he was being silly) Tissy pay!
Me: Yes sissy's playing.
Bub: (Lifting up his t-shirt) Bellbee!
Me: Yes that's your belly.
Bub: (Smiling that gorgeous smile that always melts my heart) My bellbee!
Me: Yes Bub that's your belly. I love you!
Bub: I ob you!
That single conversation made all of the things I had to do, all of the stress that I was under, all of the worry and wondering melt away until it was just me and Bub and our silly conversation about Dida and bellbees. I can't even begin to explain to you how amazed I am with my son every single day... he inspires me, he challenges me, and above all he makes me want to be the best mom I can be because I know that he deserves the moon and stars and I would gladly spend the rest of my life trying to figure out how to give him both!

All of my kids do lots of crazy stuff, but Bub takes the cake...so I decided to write a post about all of his weird habits.
- Since the one sock comments was my inspiration I'll start with that one! I have hardwood floors all through my house and they are always cold, even in the summer so I make all of the kids wear socks (this could be just my weird habit because I can not stand to see barefooted people it makes my skin crawl). Well being the rebel that he is Bub always takes one of his socks off as if to say, "Hey Mom look what I did" and it is always the same sock that he takes off which is a little weird if you ask me. so you will very rarely see a picture of Bub wearing 2 socks.
- He loves bread, no seriously he loves it! If he had to choose between bread and McDonald's Happy Meals (which he also adores...I know I'm so bad) it would be bread; plain, white bread 10 times out of 10.
- He loves to brush his teeth (thank God)! The problem is that he insists on carrying around his toothbrush all day and night (sometimes even falling asleep with it in his hand) and he brushes the hell outta his teeth all day long...crazy!
- He has super baby strength! I swear I have never seen a child as strong as he is...sometimes I think he could take me if he had to. He can break plastic hangers (and not the cheap plastic hangers that come on your clothes in the store the really strong thick plastic ones) in half like it's no big deal. He has just recently started breaking his plastic forks in half, which shocked the crap outta me because those things are thick and pretty strong!
- Gaige refuses to chew his food instead he swallows it whole which scares the crap out of me! How on earth he can take a huge bite of a chicken nugget and swallow it without chewing is beyond me. So now I have to sing him the "chew, chew, chew" song every time he takes a bite.
- He runs around the house with shirts, towels, wash clothes, and even underwear tied around his neck like a cape...I guess I need to buy him one since he thinks he's Superman!
~I also wanted to let everyone know that I will be hosting my very first giveaway very soon so be on the lookout!~

I'm not even sure that I should admit that, because it might be a trick that he's playing on us and as soon as he knows we're on to him it will be all over.
At any rate he has been sleeping almost all night (and that's another post in itself) in his big boy bed! We bought him a new Cars bed and he loves it! He proudly walks around singing, "Me bed" and it's the cutest thing ever. Thank God we got him out of our bed...I seriously thought that he would be graduating from high school and still sleeping in between me and Jamie (fiance).

To say that Bub is a picky eater would be an understatement, he's way worse than picky. There are a handful of things that I can get him to eat; french fries, crackers (which in my opinion are the second biggest mistake I've made with him), cereal, pasta (notice a pattern here), and bananas! Anything else and he throws the biggest fit I've ever witnessed! He flat out refuses to eat anything else and it worries me. I have started making my own pasta sauce crammed full of as many veggies as I can possibly incorporate without them being noticed, but that's just not enough...he needs to eat a variety of foods and I have no clue how to get him to do it! I have never had this problem with any of my other kids and it really concerns me. I asked the pediatrician about it and he tells me it's a phase, offer him new foods, I'm sure he'll outgrow it, well that's not good enough for me and when I tell you he won't eat anything else I mean it...I try but he refuses time and time again...and I need help!
Have any of you ever had this problem? What did you do about it? Do you have any suggestions? I'm open to trying anything at this point. All idea are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
