So yesterday for Wordless Wednesday I posted some pictures of Bub playing with bubbles and in almost all of the comments people mentioned his one sock and that was the inspiration for this post!
All of my kids do lots of crazy stuff, but Bub takes the cake...so I decided to write a post about all of his weird habits.
~I also wanted to let everyone know that I will be hosting my very first giveaway very soon so be on the lookout!~
All of my kids do lots of crazy stuff, but Bub takes the cake...so I decided to write a post about all of his weird habits.
- Since the one sock comments was my inspiration I'll start with that one! I have hardwood floors all through my house and they are always cold, even in the summer so I make all of the kids wear socks (this could be just my weird habit because I can not stand to see barefooted people it makes my skin crawl). Well being the rebel that he is Bub always takes one of his socks off as if to say, "Hey Mom look what I did" and it is always the same sock that he takes off which is a little weird if you ask me. so you will very rarely see a picture of Bub wearing 2 socks.
- He loves bread, no seriously he loves it! If he had to choose between bread and McDonald's Happy Meals (which he also adores...I know I'm so bad) it would be bread; plain, white bread 10 times out of 10.
- He loves to brush his teeth (thank God)! The problem is that he insists on carrying around his toothbrush all day and night (sometimes even falling asleep with it in his hand) and he brushes the hell outta his teeth all day long...crazy!
- He has super baby strength! I swear I have never seen a child as strong as he is...sometimes I think he could take me if he had to. He can break plastic hangers (and not the cheap plastic hangers that come on your clothes in the store the really strong thick plastic ones) in half like it's no big deal. He has just recently started breaking his plastic forks in half, which shocked the crap outta me because those things are thick and pretty strong!
- Gaige refuses to chew his food instead he swallows it whole which scares the crap out of me! How on earth he can take a huge bite of a chicken nugget and swallow it without chewing is beyond me. So now I have to sing him the "chew, chew, chew" song every time he takes a bite.
- He runs around the house with shirts, towels, wash clothes, and even underwear tied around his neck like a cape...I guess I need to buy him one since he thinks he's Superman!
~I also wanted to let everyone know that I will be hosting my very first giveaway very soon so be on the lookout!~
He sounds like a charmer!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE reading about your kiddos! He is just adorable. I think a good name for him would be Bam Bam!
ReplyDeleteDebra I think that is perfect for Bub and if you don't mind I think that's what I'll start calling him!
ReplyDeleteWho ever thought that a toothbrush could become a "lovie"?!! What a ham! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is just too funny!
ReplyDeleteMy toddler went through a bread phase. Each morning, instead of cereal, he would go for the loaf of bread. Hilarious!
He is such a cutie!!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids love the cape thing too!!
