The one thing I love most about the winter months is NCAA basketball and football and in my house, the rivalries are as fierce between family members, as they are on the court. My husband and BIL (and a couple of the kids out of nothing other than absolute loyalty to their father) are die-hard Duke fans, while me being the (almost) Kentucky girl that I am and the remaining kids, are devoted members of the Big Blue Nation, which is what the legion of UK fans like to be called. Game days are nothing short of interesting around here and there's almost always cause for one side or the other to gloat or make excuses for why their team didn't win and you know what...I wouldn't want it any other way.
