Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers {Review and Giveaway}

Judging by my last few posts, I seem to be all about snacking lately, I suppose that the start of another school year and the need for lots of afterschool snacks, has a little something to do with that.  While I'm definitely guilty of letting my kids indulge from time to time in snacks that might not be the best for them, I do always try to provide them with lots of healthy options as well and if those options can include snacks that they love, like Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers.

I'm very lucky in that my little ones love fruit, if given the choice between fruit and well, most things, they'd choose fruit nearly 100% of the time (score one for Mom) and they are huge fans of Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers.  Del Monte recently sent us a goodie bag filled with lots of Del Monte themed items (including some reusable shopping bags shaped like fruit), a Del Monte themed lunch tote and of course, some Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers--they were in heaven! 

Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers are made of a yummy blend of delicious fruit that kids love and moms can feel good about giving them.  Fruit Burst Squeezers are a squeezable snack with 1 ½ servings of fruit in every pouch.  My kids love them nice and cold right from the fridge, but you can also freeze them and they stay nice and cold in your little ones lunch box until lunchtime (my kids love doing this).

Made in the U.S.A., Del Monte Fruit Burst™ Squeezers contain 1 ½ servings of fruit or fruit and veggies and are an excellent source of vitamins A and C. In addition, Del Monte Fruit Burst™ Squeezers contain no artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup.

                Fruit + Veggie Varieties:

Del Monte was kind enough to send us a Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers Prize Pack (and one to give away to one lucky MIBR reader) to see what we thought about Fruit Burst Squeezers, honestly, it didn't take long at all for my children to devour all of the fruit squeezers and request more--that's usually how it works around here.  My children loved the Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers because they taste great and they're also a lot of fun (there's something about food you can squeeze into your mouth that just makes my kids happy) and I love them because they're a great afterschool (or anytime really) snack that my kids can grab themselves and I don't feel awful about giving them...it's definitely a win--win!
