While I may be a blogger who just so happens to review products from time to time, I’m a mom first and the best part of those two worlds colliding is being able to constantly introduce new products and new content from some of their most loved characters and brands; that’s definitely the case with Chuggington.
Whether it’s reviewing one of the very awesome Chuggington wooden railways or giving away an awesome new Chuggington DVD, I love having the opportunity to keep my kids in the loop with what’s new from Chuggington! So when I received an email recently about the latest Chuggington DVD (Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue) from Anchor Bay Entertainment I couldn’t resist the opportunity to check it out!
About Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue!
Wilson, Koko and Brewster are back and raring to go in Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue! The new title features six action-packed episodes, including the never-before-seen, super-sized special set to launch on Disney Junior and Disney Channel. The new DVD also gives “Chuggington” fans the opportunity to meet new characters, including Chug Patrol Chief Jackman and super-speedy Hanzo! Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue puts its “wheels to the rails” at retailers nationwide on August 20, 2013.
And if that’s not cool enough all on it’s own, Anchor Bay Entertainment has teamed-up with My Gym, the leading fitness center destination for children with hundreds of locations across the U.S.! Participating My Gym locations will feature colorful “Chuggington” window clings prominently displayed in each facility as well as counter cards with coupons for a discount on purchase of the new DVD or any other “Chuggington” DVD! the “Chuggington” theme song will be integrated into gym classes and a video clip will be played on a loop on My Gym TVs – and young gym-goers also will receive “Chuggington” sticker sheets to take home after class! The “traintastic” promotion runs through September 19, 2013.
I love that Anchor Bay is encouraging kids to be active by incorporating some of their favorite characters—I know that my children always get excited when they see their favorites encourage them to be active. Lil Man and Lil Diva are two of the biggest Chuggington fans I know and they loved Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue, if you have some little Chuggington fans in your house, I highly encourage you to check the latest DVD out—they’ll love it!
