When my oldest daughter was a baby she had to have oral surgery due to take care of cavities caused by the lack of chlorine in our water supply—it was definitely not pleasant for either of us!
If there was one thing I learned from that experience it was the importance of being informed and making good dental decisions for your children—something I am grateful to have gained in the past twelve years! I’m lucky that all of my children—especially the littlest ones—love brushing their teeth, so I was extremely excited when I found out that I was going to be hosting a Cars 2 Viewing party (thanks to Mommy Parties, Crest, Oral-B Stages III and Oral-B Pro Health For Me)!
We sent out invitations, prepared the party goodies and got the place ready for a Cars 2 worthy premiere! On the night of our party the kiddos could hardly wait to watch Cars 2 and try all of the awesome Crest and Oral-B goodies and though a few party guests couldn’t make it (and we definitely missed them) we made the best of it and threw a party!
While the kiddos watched Cars 2 I took the opportunity to talk to the other parents about the Crest and Oral-B Stages and Pro Health For Me products that their little ones were taking home! I had actually read the material prior to the party and really learned a lot from reading the Tips & Trivia for Healthier Teeth—for instance…did you know that tongues are like fingerprints in that no two tongues are the same? Or that the first Oral-B toothbrush was designed and patented in 1949? And that the Tooth Fairy is paying around $2 per tooth these days (there were plenty of us who found out we were overpaying).
We also learned quite a bit about a variety of Crest and Oral-B Pro Health FOR ME and Oral-B Stages products as well!

We (us moms) were a little surprised when the kiddos asked if they could brush their teeth—um that never happens voluntarily—right?

Even with a few missing guests, the party was a success, the kids loved Cars 2 and all of the awesome Crest and Oral-B products that they got to take home (trust me, we were as shocked as you are) and the parents where happy to find out more about how they can keep their little one’s mouths healthy—a definite win-win!
