crest-logoIf there’s one thing I take extremely serious it’s my children’s dental health!

When my oldest daughter was a baby she had to have oral surgery due to  take care of cavities caused by the lack of chlorine in our water supply—it was definitely not pleasant for either of us!

If there was one thing I learned from that experience it was the importance of being informed and making good dental decisions for your children—something I am grateful to have gained in the past twelve years!  I’m lucky that all of my children—especially the littlest ones—love brushing their teeth, so I was extremely excited when I found out that I was going to be hosting a Cars 2 Viewing party (thanks to Mommy Parties, Crest, Oral-B Stages III and Oral-B Pro Health For Me)!image

We sent out invitations, prepared the party goodies and got the place ready for a Cars 2 worthy premiere!  On the night of our party the kiddos could hardly wait to watch Cars 2 and try all of the awesome Crest and Oral-B goodies and though a few party guests couldn’t make it (and we definitely missed them) we made the best of it and threw a party!

While the kiddos watched Cars 2 I took the opportunity to talk to the other parents about the Crest and Oral-B Stages and Pro Health For Me products that their little ones were taking home!  I had actually read the material prior to the party and really learned a lot from reading the Tips & Trivia for Healthier Teeth—for instance…did you know that tongues are like fingerprints in that no two tongues are the same?  Or that the first Oral-B toothbrush was designed and patented in 1949?  And that the Tooth Fairy is paying around $2 per tooth these days (there were plenty of us who found out we were overpaying).

We also learned quite a bit about a variety of Crest and Oral-B Pro Health FOR ME and Oral-B Stages products as well!

Oral-B Stages

#1 Dentist recommended toothbrush brand for children!  Oral-B Stages offer parents and children a variety of options in three different stages:

Oral-B Stage 1 (4-24 months old), Oral-B Stage 2 (2-4 years old) and Oral-B Stage 3 (5-7 years old)

The line includes a variety of character toothbrushes, flossers and toothpastes (Baby Einstein, My Friends Tigger & Pooh, and Cars to name just a few).

Pro-Health FOR ME from Crest and Oral-B

The first and only complete line of oral care products for tweens (kids 8+)!

The Pro-Health FOR ME line includes toothbrushes specially designed for tween’s mouths, toothpaste in tween approved flavors, and rinses that are as out of this world as the toothpaste!

After the kiddos watched the movie (and chomped on some popcorn) it was time to introduce them to the awesome Oral-B Stages and Pro-Health FOR ME products that they were taking home!  We (us moms) were a little surprised when the kiddos asked if they could brush their teeth—um that never happens voluntarily—right?

You can check out some of the pictures from our party below!  And a big thanks to MommyParties, Crest, and Oral-B Pro-Health FOR ME and Oral-B Stages!

Even with a few missing guests, the party was a success, the kids loved Cars 2 and all of the awesome Crest and Oral-B products that they got to take home (trust me, we were as shocked as you are) and the parents where happy to find out more about how they can keep their little one’s mouths healthy—a definite win-win!

With the holiday season upon us and my Christmas tree standing proudly in the corner of my family room (beside the fireplace perfect as a postcard) I can’t help but think about all of the fun holiday parties that are soon to come!  crest-logo

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is all of the great parties!  I don’t know about you, but I like to look my best for all of the photos that are sure to be taken over the course of those parties.  Thankfully I have a secret that helps keep my smile looking picture perfect throughout the holiday season—Crest 3D White 2 Hour Express Whitestrips!

I’ve been whitening my teeth at home for the past few years and as the technology and the performance of at-home whitening products gets better and better my results get more amazing too!  I’ve tried many whitening products in the past and some I’ve really liked, but when I found Crest 3D Whitestrips 2 Hour Express I knew I’d found the perfect combination of ease and powerful performance.  Now I have to be honest and tell you that I wasn’t always a fan of Crest Whitestrips; no matter how hard I tried I could never keep the strips on my teeth and the process of trying to whiten was a lot more frustrating than it needed to be.  Given my experience in thimagee past with Crest whitening products I was a little hesitant to try the 3D White 2 Hour Express, but I was so glad that I gave them a chance because I seriously love them!  With the Advanced Seal technology the strips stayed in place for 2 hours with no slipping, peeling, or sliding!
