On this weeks webisode of Cooking with my Misadventurous Kids I have my daughter Taylor helping me make a yummy pie that's perfect for summer!
Strawberry Yogurt Pie
12 oz. strawberry yogurt (and flavor will work)
2 cups whipped topping
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 Graham cracker crust
Add yogurt and whipped topping in a mixing bowl, fold until the mixture is combined. Add sliced strawberries to the yogurt and whipped topping mixture. Pour the mixture into a pre-made (or make your own) graham cracker crust. Place the pie into the freezer for at least 3 hours. Before serving remove from the freezer and allow to thaw slightly. Store any remaining pie in the refrigerator.

What a fun video. I stopped by from The Mommy Files since I'm not going to BlogHer either.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we'll get to meet up next year.
Stop by when you get a chance. My kids blog with me, too (not vlogs yet) but we have fun.
Sounds refreshing, & yummy
