My close encounter

Alright so I have blog awards to post and give out, but it's late and I don't have the brain capacity to do that at the moment...plus I just saw an UFO...I know, right? (is that even the correct way to write that? I mean since u is a vowel I guess it is but it really does not look right). Alright not really but I swear to you about 20 minutes ago I was flipping out...and here's why.

I was outside smoking (I know how gross it is and coupled with the fact that the windchill here is like -20 it was a stupid move) anyway I was looking at the sky and I saw these lights (isn't that how it always goes when some toothless hillbilly (and I mean that in the absolute nicest way possible, because believe me I have quite a few said hillbillies in my extended family) gets on the news and describes his "close encounter". But it was really like that. Well I quickly finished my cigarette because let's face it I don't want them abducting me and hurried in the house...got back on the computer (yeah I have no idea how I thought that was going to help me if they decided to attack, but whatever) and started flipping out. Well 10 minutes later when I realized that I hadn't been abducted I decided to check it out again. So I went back outside and looked and it wasn't there...and you know why? Because it wasn't a UFO it was the moon behind the trees...and that is when I felt really stupid. Yes boys and girls it is way past my bedtime!
