If there’s one thing I love about Valentine’s Day it’s that I get a night out, alone with my husband—that never happens. With work and kids and all of the hundred million tasks we each have to do every day, it’s very easy to get caught up in the madness and put in the process of dealing with all of the madness, we sometimes can forget about each other. That’s why I love Valentine’s Day so much, it’s the one day of the year that I can count on having a date night with my husband. Since hubby and I get so few opportunities to spend time with one another, I always try to make our Valentine’s date night as perfect as possible and that includes me looking fabulous for my man!
Though I may not always have time for date nights on a regular basis, I do always take time to make sure I look good and that includes a having a good skincare routine, I mean, looking good for Valentine’s date night starts with great skin! The big day is getting closer…what day am I talking about? Valentine’s Day of course!
While a lot of people claim to despise V Day, I personally love it…for many reasons:
* It’s in the same month as my birthday
* It’s all about celebrating love

I have a confession…
I like Valentine’s Day, like SO much! Not because I love the cards, or the flowers, or the candy, or even the jewelry (probably because I’ve never been given jewelry for V Day) but because it’s one of those holidays that just make me smile!
With that said, I have to also admit that I don’t like getting flowers on Valentine’s Day, mostly because it’s so cliche, but also because it’s just so boring and predictable and not at all original and unexpected!
BUT
Since I know that there are a ton of women (and probably some men) out there who do like receiving (and giving) flowers for Valentine’s Day I thought I’d share an infographic with y’all that may help picking the perfect bouquet as easy as answering a few questions!

The FEMALE is never wrong.

The MALE must apologize immediately for causing the misunderstandings.
The FEMALE may change her mind at any time.
The MALE must never change his mind without the express written consent of the FEMALE.
The FEMALE has every right to be angry or upset at any time.
The MALE must remain calm at all times, unless the FEMALE wants him to be angry or upset.
The FEMALE must, under no circumstances, let the MALE know whether or not she wants him to be angry or upset.
The Male is expected to "mind read" at all times.
The MALE who doesn't abide by THE RULES; can't take the heat, lacks backbone, and is a wimp!
