We’ve showed you the best swimsuit for women (at least in my opinion) for Summer 2010, but what about for the little ones? Remember the UV Skinz giveaway I did not too long ago? Well I had a chance to review the UV Skinz items I received and I cannot wait to tell you all about them!
My babies all have a tendency to burn—even with sunscreen slathered on every 30 minutes I still have to be very careful exposing them to the sun for long periods of time. To be honest, I have tried other brands of UV clothing in the past and wasn’t too pleased with the quality, durability, and price—and then I was introduced to UV Skinz and I decided to give UV clothing another try, I am glad that I did!
UV Skinz has a large array of babies, kids, and adults UV clothing and accessories. UV Skinz UV clothing is SPF 50+ and comes in so many cute, fashionable, and unique styles and colors! In addition to their UV clothing, the UV Skinz website also offers tips and resources for helping you stay safe while enjoying the sun—make sure you check them out!
My youngest daughter Lil Diva has incredibly sensitive skin, she starts getting red after about 10 minutes in the sun…with sunscreen. Last summer our MO was to keep her safely inside the house and away from the dangerous rays, but this summer there was no way that was going to happen. The first time I had the opportunity to use the UV shirt and board shorts I was sent for my review was a few weeks ago while the kids played outside in the yard with their water toys. I have to admit that I was a little worried about Lil Diva getting too hot in her UV shirt (since it is long sleeved) but all of the worry quickly dissipated when she seemed to be having the best time ever, free of redness and seemingly cool as a cucumber!
