I have a secret to tell you, come closer…closer…closer (whispering) I have been trying to watch my weight! There I said it, I …the one who has never worried about what I eat, the one who never knew what a love handle was, and the one who never, ever had to exercise…am getting fat! I guess I should have expected it after having my fourth child but deep down I always thought that weight would never be an issue with me…I.was.wrong!!! Big time!

In order to keep my weight under control I have committed to changing the things I can a little bit at a time. So when I was asked by My Blog Spark to try out the New Fiber One 50 calories yogurt I was more than happy to say yes! In case your not familiar with Fiber One yogurt here’s the 411!pfd_yogurts-1

  22. To maintain my weight, I have to exercise and watch what I eat.

Usually a hour or two of physical activity keeps my waistline pretty slim.

And accompanying that routine with a healthy diet, I've got a decent game plan going on here. :)

  44. I'm pragmatic about input and output. I watch what I eat - no friend foods, no chips, salty snacks. I only eat sweets on special occasions. For output, I exercise daily. I am not in denial about the equation: input + output = body mass maintenance.
